Incentive Scheme
Trent & Dove Housing is committed to the continuous improvement of services for our customers. As part of this commitment, we have introduced a ‘Recognition and Reward’ scheme, as a way of saying thank you to our valued residents.
The scheme, which has been developed together with our Customer Panel, will involve entering all tenants who meet certain conditions into a monthly prize draw.
To qualify for this draw you only need to meet the following two conditions:
- you must either have a clear rent account, or have kept to an agreement to repay any outstanding arrears for the past 12 weeks
- you must not be in breach of any other tenancy conditions, such as maintaining your home and garden in a reasonable condition and not causing any nuisance to your neighbours.
The vast majority of our tenants meet these criteria and we want to recognise and reward this fact. You are therefore invited to complete the enclosed entry form and providing you meet the above conditions we will automatically enter you into the monthly draw, giving you the chance to win one of the following prizes:
- 2 cash prizes of £100 each
- A choice of prizes from a menu including
- gardening
- decorating
- handyman services
- store vouchers
- vouchers for family days out or activity days
- funding for community projects
As a further recognition of the value we place on the vast majority of our customers who keep to their tenancy conditions, in future only these tenants will be eligible for improvement programmes such as kitchens, bathrooms and central heating. Therefore anyone not keeping to these reasonable conditions will be excluded from programmes when they reach their area. Again, this has been discussed in detail with the Customer Panel who have fully supported this principle.
