Employees will be given the opportunity to develop their skills through internal/external training where appropriate.

In March 2009, Trent & Dove Housing was successful in obtaining grant funding in collaboration with ‘CHANGES’, a support organization specializing in mental health issues, to operate a pilot project as part of an overall £2m Learning and Skills Council initiative.
The initiative aims to help selected regions test ways of developing and delivering advancement networks, within the wider development of an adult advancement and careers service.
