Over a 25 year career in Housing, Ursula has worked across the sector in a wide variety of roles ranging from her first job as a trainee Housing Officer to Director of Business Development and now as Chief Executive.
During this time, she has worked with both traditional housing associations and also LSVTs which has provided her with a wealth of experience in dealing with the challenges and opportunities facing the affordable housing sector.
Ursula has a clear focus on delivery of excellent services and homes and is looking to expand Trent & Dove’s role as a placeshaper.
Ursula works closely with the Executive Team to ensure that the organisation’s strategic and operational plans are implemented.
She is passionate about partnership working with our customers and stakeholders.
She also supports the Board of Directors to ensure that the organisation has clear, strategic direction and strong leadership; which are vital during the current climate of change.
Operations Director - Steve Grocock
Steve has been with Trent & Dove since 2003. He has overall responsibility for repairs, maintenance, asset management, development, health, safety and environmental management.
Steve has worked in the construction, building and civil engineering industry since leaving school and has worked in both the private and the public sector.
He has managed projects from the very small (£10,000) to the very large (£20 million). Steve is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Association of Building Engineers.
Finance Director - David Hill
David joined Trent & Dove in September 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant and is responsible for Finance, Treasury and IT.
He was previously Treasury Director with another leading housing association. Prior to this he held senior financial roles in financial services, principally in mortgage lending where he first developed his interest in housing, and also for a national charity.
David was brought up in Stafford. He relishes the opportunity to bring his financial and commercial experience to help meet the considerable demand for affordable housing and related services in the local area.
