Chief Executive - Ursula Bennion

Ursula joined the Executive Team in July 2015.

Over a 25 year career in Housing, Ursula has worked across the sector in a wide variety of roles ranging from her first job as a trainee Housing Officer to Director of Business Development and now as Chief Executive.

During this time, she has worked with both traditional housing associations and also LSVTs which has provided her with a wealth of experience in dealing with the challenges and opportunities facing the affordable housing sector.

Ursula has a clear focus on delivery of excellent services and homes and is looking to expand Trent & Dove’s role as a placeshaper.

Ursula works closely with the Executive Team to ensure that the organisation’s strategic and operational plans are implemented.

She is passionate about partnership working with our customers and stakeholders.

She also supports the Board of Directors to ensure that the organisation has clear, strategic direction and strong leadership; which are vital during the current climate of change.

People & Performance Director - Tracy Pepper

Tracy has held senior executive roles across a range of sectors including a multi academies trust, a large outsourcing organisation and COO of a charity for disadvantaged young people.

MBA qualified, a trained coach and a business mentor. Tracy’s passion is understanding and driving “culture” and enabling people to be the best they can be. With a focus on leadership and development, her role at Trent & Dove is to embed a strong people strategy and drive high performance as compared to peers in the sector.

Her role encompasses Governance, Compliance, H&S, Marketing and Communications and HR.

Finance Director - David Hill

David joined Trent & Dove in September 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant and is responsible for Finance, Treasury and IT.

He was previously Treasury Director with another leading housing association. Prior to this he held senior financial roles in financial services, principally in mortgage lending where he first developed his interest in housing, and also for a national charity.

David was brought up in Stafford. He relishes the opportunity to bring his financial and commercial experience to help meet the considerable demand for affordable housing and related services in the local area.
