Hi, I'm Kathryn. As a member of the Customer Annual Report group, I have great pleasure sharing with you our look back at 2020/21. And what a year it was!
In this year’s report, we look at the success of Trent & Doves' reaction to the impact that the pandemic presented, from finding different ways to communicate with each other to maintaining services remotely and implementing new ones in response to the pandemic. Trent & Dove staff have worked throughout the pandemic to ensure vital support services continued, with the involved residents’ groups tackling head-on the new digital ways of working. A brilliant effort by all involved!
As residents ourselves, the topics were chosen for this year are all important to our group and we hope you find this review interesting and informative.
