Fall detectors will trigger an alarm if they detect a jolt and sense you are not in a standing position. The fall detector automatically alerts the Firstcall 24/7 monitoring centre who will then attempt to talk to you, via your telecare unit, and listen to your description of what has occurred before deciding the most appropriate action to take.
This sensor detects low and high temperature within a property. It can detect fires and will alert our 24|7 monitoring centre. It will also alert us if the temperature is too cold in the property, this could be if the central heating breaks down or if an outside door has been left open in cold weather.
An alarm is triggered if a door is opened at inappropriate times of the day, or is left open for an unusual length of time.
This is a pressure mat that triggers an alarm when the user gets out of the bed either immediately or if they do not return within a set timeframe.
