You are legally homeless if:
- you do not have any accommodation available to you and your family, so that you have nowhere to stay.
- the only accommodation available to you and your family is not accommodation that you have a right to occupy (for example, you do not have permission from the owner).
- your accommodation is not accessible and physically available to you and your family, or accommodation which is not reasonable for you and your family to continue to live in (for example you are in danger). In some of these cases you may be able to stay living where you are for the time being, but you should not do this if you are in danger, and in all cases you need to look for a solution
