The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee brings independent scrutiny and challenge while providing assurance to the Board. They assess assurance on risks and the risk management processes and recommend actions and areas of improvement. Finally, they ensure that Trent & Dove has in place and operates appropriate controls to safeguard its assets.
