Katarzyna works full time as a HR Assistant and has over 10 years experience within the automotive industry, having carried out a number of  different job roles.  Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Politics and Social Science and is an Associate member of CIPD. Her interest in Trent & Dove began when she attended and passed the Derby University governance award.

Katarzyna is also a member of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee.
