Antisocial behaviour

Don't suffer in silence, we are here to help

What is ASB?

Antisocial behaviour is wide ranging. It can be anything from nuisance noise such as loud music or barking dogs to more serious matters such as threatening behaviour and vandalism.

Where we stand on ASB

Trent & Dove is committed to tackling all forms of Antisocial Behaviour.

We will seek to deal appropriately with Antisocial Behaviour that occurs within, or in the locality of, any of our properties. Whether it is nuisance caused by harassment, music, domestic arguments, car repairs, dogs or other behaviour which makes it impossible for someone to experience quiet enjoyment within their home or the wider community.

Working together

We work with a number of other agencies and service providers to tackle ASB - including Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Reporting It

We know that some people find the prospect of reporting ASB a daunting one and they don't know where to start.

In an emergency call 999 but for less urgent matters call 101.
Report the matter to us. Please be assured that Antisocial Behaviour is as serious to us as it is to you. If you are a victim of ASB you might want to read our 'Tenant Approved' victim and witness leaflet. This will tell you how we can help and support you.

What do you need to provide us with?

We will need you to give us the following information so that we can investigate your report:

  • What is happening?
  • Where did it happen?
  • Do you know who is causing you this problem?
