We have subscribed to a Noise App system that allows customers to record noise issues through their phone in order for us to monitor noise levels.
The Noise App has been created for people to report noise nuisance to their local Housing Provider, allowing them to build up their own case.
Customers are entitled to take reasonable steps to protect their peaceful enjoyment of their premises, including the right, when appropriate, and in accordance with guidelines provided by the Landlord or their Agents, to record intrusive and unreasonable noise with a view to providing this information to the Landlord and or their Agents to take appropriate steps, including legal or other action to deal with the issues arising.
The app can be download on iPhone at the App Store, and on Android at the Google Play Store.
