Our work programmes help people to find work and gain the skills many employers are looking for. We have helped over 130 people get back into work in just over three years; a figure we are really proud of.
Whether you’re someone who has been out of work for a long time or recently left education, our employment and "DAVE" programme can help you to improve your CV, assist you with application forms, provide upskill through training courses and qualifications, provide interview skills and much more.

"I have worked on the DAVE Workbook at Trent & Dove Housing for 3 months. I have enjoyed doing this programme with the Employment Liaison Officer. For me it was a short period because when I started the programme with Jade, I had more opportunities opening up for me and I learnt more about CV’s and more importantly learnt a lot more about different types of interview techniques and gained a lot of confidence along the way. I had an amazing experience working with my Employment Liaison Officer on a weekly basis and I could thank her every day for helping me open a path within a Business environment. I have now happily graduated and have started an Apprenticeship in Business Administration."
