Corporate News, News
Trent & Dove Housing whose mission is to “Transform Homes, Lives & Neighbourhoods” has retained its top G1/V1 governance and viability ranking from the Regulator of Social Housing.
The rating, which is the highest possible awarded by the Regulator, shows Trent & Dove’s ability to meet financial obligations, have an effective governance framework and clearly demonstrate Value for Money.
Ursula Bennion, Chief Executive of Trent & Dove Housing said: “We are thrilled to have retained our G1/V1 rating and have achieved this despite our very ambitious growth plan of becoming a 10,000 home organisation by 2022. This financial year alone, we have built more than 200 much needed homes for our communities.
In the current very challenging economic climate it's more important than ever that we can demonstrate how successfully we are managing our risks and how our efficiency plans are ensuring that we are delivering effectively to our customers. Our board sets high expectations and demands high quality information to make the best decisions, our retained rating is testament to this.
I would like to personally thank my colleagues for all of their hard work and commitment to serving our customers.”
The Regulator of Social Housing published the results yesterday (27th March 2019), as part of a wider list of judgements on how well registered housing providers are meeting regulatory standards.
