Corporate News, News
We are delighted to report that, following a robust in-depth assessment (IDA), today we received the welcome news that Trent & Dove has retained its V1/G1 regulatory rating.
The rating confirms our strategy is clear and focused and that Trent & Dove is a well-governed organisation with a robust plan to deliver its aims, as set out in our new 5-year Strategic Plan.
The rating, which is the highest possible awarded by the Regulator, shows Trent & Dove’s ability to meet financial obligations, have an effective governance framework, and clearly demonstrate Value for Money.
Ursula Bennion, Chief Executive of Trent & Dove Housing said:
“We are thrilled to have been awarded this G1/V1 rating. To have achieved the Regulator’s highest rating is particularly significant as it comes following the exceptional circumstances of the past two years. In the current very challenging economic climate, it's more important than ever that we can demonstrate how successfully we are managing our risks and how our efficiency plans are ensuring that we are delivering effectively to our customers.
Our board sets high expectations and demands high-quality information to make the best decisions, our retained rating is testament to this. I would like to personally thank the Board, our involved customers, and colleagues for all their hard work and commitment to serving our customers.”
The Regulator of Social Housing published the results today (28th September 2022), as part of a wider list of judgments on how well registered housing providers are meeting regulatory standards.
