Starting from today (01/07/21), customers will be able to make card payments for their rent over the phone via an automated payment line.

To make a payment, you will need to call 01283 528528 and select option 2, which is our automated payment line. You will need your 19 digit reference number to make a payment, which can be found on your rent/garage card that was given to you when you signed your tenancy. 

Payments can be made through the automated payment line 24/7, 365 days a year, so there is no need to call to make a payment during our operating hours of Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.

  • How do I make a payment?

    To make a payment, please call 01283 528528 and select option 2. 

    You must have your 19 digit reference number that will be on your rent/garage payment card that you received when you signed your tenancy agreement. 

  • Do I have to pay my rent in your usual office opening hours?

    If you are using our automated payment line, you can make a payment whenever it is convenient for you. This can be any time 24/7, 365 days a year.  

  • What if I don't have my 19 digit reference number?

    If you have lost or misplaced your rent/garage payment card which contains your 19 digit reference number, please call 01283 528528 to speak to a member of our customer service team. 

    They will be able to provide you with your number, please ensure that you have a pen and paper handy and that you keep your reference number safe for any future payments. 

    Alternatively, you can email us on enquiries@trentanddove.org and your reference number will be emailed back to you. Please ensure that you keep this email safe for any future payments. 

  • What if I want to pay my rent by cash?

    Unfortunately our cash office at Burton remains closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

    However, you can pay your rent by cash by visiting your local Post Office or PayPoint.

    You must have your rent or garage card with you in order to pay. 

     

  • What if I would like to pay by Direct Debit?

    If you would like to pay your rent by Direct Debit, we can arrange this for you. 

    Your Direct Debit will be set up to collect your rent on your chosen date and frequency. We set it up with your bank; its free, easy and convenient.   • Is there a smart phone app for me to pay my rent?

    Yes, you can download the AllPay app to pay your rent. 

    Download the Allpay app on any smart phone. For Android, please click here. For Apple, please click here. You can pay through our trusted payment partner at any time using a debit or credit card. You will need an email address and your personal 19 digit reference number which is found on your rent card - if you are unsure of this please contact us.      

  • Can I make a payment online instead?
