A year ago today fire swept through Grenfell Tower, claiming 72 lives. As we mark the anniversary of this tragedy, our thoughts and condolences go out to those affected.
In light of the recent updates from the Grenfell Tower public enquiry would like to reassure you, our customers that we’re continuing to work closely and proactively with government and local authorities and we’ll respond immediately if there’s a change to building regulations and official guidance. We will ensure that you are updated should there be any changes that affect you.
As always, the safety of our residents is a priority for us, and we will continue to work hard to make sure that you feel safe in your homes. To help keep you safe we will inspect and service your gas appliances and test your smoke alarm and any heat detectors annually. We will also inspect the electrical installation in your home every five years.
