We are inviting you to take part in our survey as part of our Customer Voice Consultation. But you need to be quick as the survey closes this Friday, 17th September.

By now you should have received information from us on the options being considered for customers to have a say and to be heard at the highest level in the business.
Your views are important to us and we want to ensure that everyone has a chance to have their voice heard in a way that suits them best.
The survey will take about 3 minutes to complete and your details will be entered into a prize draw with an opportunity to win one of three cash prizes; 1st £250, 2nd £150, 3rd £100. For terms and conditions, please click here.
We thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The results will be used to influence the new opportunities that will be available for customers to have their voice heard.
Feedback on this and updates on the Voice of the Customer programme will be available on our website and social media.
