To ensure that we are offering our customers the best possible repairs service, we will be trialling a repairs satisfaction survey from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd January 2021 for customers to provide us with feedback by using text messages.

If you have received a repair from us within the last few weeks, we will text you with a satisfaction survey to rate how satisfied you were with our service. Using text messages will enable us to get feedback more quickly following a repair being completed.

All telephone numbers are kept securely and confidentially in line with GDPR regulations.

To take part in the survey, please ensure that you have provided us with your most up to date mobile number.
