Repairs Satisfaction Survey Customer News, News Due to the success of our last three trials and to ensure that we are offering our customers the best possible repairs service, we will be carrying out another repairs satisfaction survey from Monday 26th April to Friday 30th April 2021 for customers to provide us with feedback by using text messages. If you have received a repair from us within the last few weeks, we will text you with a satisfaction survey to rate how satisfied you were with our service. Using text messages will enable us to get feedback more quickly following a repair being completed. All telephone numbers are kept securely and confidentially in line with GDPR regulations. To take part in the survey, please ensure that you have provided us with your most up to date mobile number. Frequently Asked Questions Will I be contacted? You will only be contacted if you have received a repair from us during the last couple of weeks. Your survey will be text to the mobile number we have on record, 2-3 days after your repair has been carried out. Do I have to take part in the survey? There is no obligation to take part in the survey, however we would be very grateful. Your responses will help us to improve the service we provide to our customers. How long will the survey last for? This second pilot will run for one week, from Monday 15th to Friday 19th February 2021. What if I do not have a mobile phone? If you do not have access to a mobile phone, please let our repairs operative know and they will be able to feed this back to our customer insight team. They will then arrange for a survey to be carried out over the telephone, by email or by post. Will the survey cost me anything? You will receive the survey free of charge. However, replies to the survey will be charged at your standard network rate or included in your text bundle allowance if you have a monthly mobile phone contract.
