People turn houses into homes and neighbourhoods into thriving communities.
Through a combination of tenant led initiatives and annual business objectives, we are helping more people realise their full potential.

Getting back to work
Getting back into the world of work not only brings financial rewards, but it can have a wider ranging social impact, too.
Following redundancy or years of unemployment, people can lose confidence in their abilities or simply not know how to start looking for a new career.
By setting up job clubs we have helped 26 people back into work over the past 12 months (from March to March). 40 people to present (March to now). Giving people the skills they need to create a stand-out CV, master a computer and practise interview techniques can be the confidence boost many people need and set them on the road to employment.
In 2012 Sean became an apprentice on our innovative Learn it, build it, live it scheme. Combining an apprenticeship and employment with the chance to build your own home, this scheme gave Sean an unique opportunity to build a home for his young family. He was part of a construction team working on 11 new homes at Tilling Close, Burton. Take a look at how the project has benefited him.
