Making it Easy

We rely on you to pay your rent regularly. As with any other business, we need money coming in so we can continue to operate. Most importantly, paying your rent on time means we can continue to manage and maintain your home to the high standard you rightly expect from us.

Ways to pay your rent

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent. You have the following choices:

Direct Debit

We take your rent straight from your bank account so you don't have to worry about remembering to pay. It’s easy, convenient, doesn’t cost you anything and we do all the work! We'll always let you know well in advance about any changes, such as rent increases, so you can stay in control of your budget.

Set up your direct debit by completing the mandate below and then send it back to us. We'll let you know when your direct debit has been set up.

Post Office

We'll give you a payment card that you can use to pay your rent at any Post Office.


Your payment card will also work in any shop that displays the PayPoint logo.


You can pay your rent online in only a couple of minutes using a system called 'Allpay'. All you need is your Trent & Dove Payment Card and a credit or debit card. 


You can make a rent payment over the phone Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm on 01283-528528  

Outbound Calls

From Tuesday 23rd June 2015, our Income Management Team will start making outbound calls until 8.30pm Tuesday - Thursday and 9am - 2.30pm on Saturdays.
