Ways to pay your rent

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent. You have the following choices:

  • Direct Debit

We take your rent straight from your bank account so you don't have to worry about remembering to pay. It’s easy, convenient, doesn’t cost you anything and we do all the work! We'll always let you know well in advance about any changes, such as rent increases, so you can stay in control of your budget.

Set up your direct debit by completing the mandate below and then send it back to us. We'll let you know when your direct debit has been set up.

To download the direct debit form please click here.

  • Post Office

When you sign your tenancy agreement with us, we will give you a payment card that you can use to pay your rent at any Post Office.

  • PayPoint

Your payment card will also work in any shop that displays the PayPoint logo.

  • Allpay

You can pay your rent online in only a couple of minutes using a system called 'Allpay'. All you need is your Trent & Dove Payment Card and a credit or debit card.

  • Telephone

You can make a rent payment over the phone Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm on 01283 528 528.

Our Income Team work from 9am - 5pm, however some evenings they may work until 8pm, so please do not be alarmed if you receive a phone call from us during 5pm and 8pm.
