The successful candidate will support the Head of Finance in the production of annual service charge statements, the annual rent and service charge estimate setting process and the maintenance of accurate information in the housing management and finance systems.
You will be at least part AAT qualified, ideally studying towards level 4. You must also have a minimum of 2 years proven ability working within a busy finance department environment with involvement in rent and service charge accounting.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills as you will be required to work closely with budget holders to monitor spend against service charge budgets, identify reasons for variances and assist with queries about rent and service charges. Excellent inter personal, time management, organisational and IT skills are essential for this role.
