Compliance Manager (Fire, Electrical & Asbestos)

Salary circa £45k, 37 hours per week...

We are looking for an experienced building compliance professional to appoint into our Compliance and Health & Safety Team.  Reporting to our Head of Health & Safety (People and Property), you will lead a team that delivers all compliance activities associated with our electrical, fire safety and asbestos management work streams.

The contracts under your control will be well managed, in accordance with budgetary and operational performance requirements, and you will play a key role in shaping our approach to building safety management.

This is a key management role and presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop professionally within an ever-changing statutory and regulatory environment.  

Ideally you will hold relevant technical qualifications in respect of electrical, fire safety and asbestos management and have associated experience, skills and competencies within these service areas.

Good IT and communication skills are also essential as is a confident and flexible approach and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
