We are a housing association, otherwise referred to as a Registered Social Landlord (RSL), providing affordable housing for rent across East Staffordshire. We also offer homes to buy in East Staffordshire and surrounding areas on a shared ownership basis. With effect from the 1st April 2009, Trent & Dove Housing Limited became a charitable industrial and provident society registered with the Financial Services Authority.
Through local offices in Burton & Uttoxeter, we offer homes for families, for younger people, for older people and for those with special needs. We also work with East Staffordshire Borough Council to provide quality advice and services to homeless and vulnerable people.
We are committed to ensuring that information about our services is available to everyone and we use the services of "Language Line" to help us with specialist language needs. We will continue to investigate and implement alternative methods of communicating with our customers.

Tenant Services Authority - Have your say!
Trent & Dove Housing has been selected by the Tenant Services Authority to work within the Matrix Partnership to agree standards for tenant empowerment that are important to tenants locally. This will lead to a framework of service and performance standards that can be produced for use by housing providers across England.
