Transforming Homes, Lives and Neighbourhoods
We are a housing association, otherwise referred to as a Registered Provider, providing affordable housing for rent and part (shared) ownership across East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire. With effect from the 1st April 2009, Trent & Dove Housing Limited became a charitable industrial and provident society registered with the Financial Services Authority.
Through our local offices in Burton & Uttoxeter, we offer homes for families, younger people, older people and for those with special needs. We also work with East Staffordshire Borough Council to provide quality advice and services to homeless and vulnerable people.
We are committed to ensuring that information about our services is available to everyone and we use the services of "Language Line" to help us with specialist language needs. We will continue to investigate and implement alternative methods of communicating with our customers.
Please use our website to help you access our services and find out more about the work we do.
Community Achievements Recognised at Trent & Dove Housing’s Impact Awards 2013
The 8th annual Trent & Dove “Impact on the Community Awards” event has taken place with individuals and organisations being recognised for their community engagement and helping to create inclusive and caring communities within East Staffordshire.
The finalists in each of the ten awards categories joined together with event sponsors and organisers in a “red carpet” celebration evening held at the Branston Golf and Country club in Burton.
The main aim of the event is to recognise those individuals or organisations whose actions have had a positive impact on our communities, making them better places to live, or have enhanced individual lives. Much of this work happens behind the scenes and adds value to the work done by Trent & Dove in managing neighbourhoods in East Staffordshire, helping it to fulfil its mission of transforming homes, lives and neighbourhoods.
This year, regimental drummers from the Mercian Regiment welcomed guests as they arrived and walked up the red carpet. Guests were treated to a drinks reception, followed by a meal and entertainment from the Garden Party, an opera quartet. Compere for the evening was Jed Stone; who delivered the awards presentation with a touch of comedy. In addition to the ten formal category winners the judges were so impressed with a number of other entries that an additional three special recognition awards were presented during the event.
We would like to acknowledge our event sponsors for their help in making the evening special and extend our congratulations to all the finalists.
