We partner with organisations who share our mission to improve lives and strengthen communities.
Since 2001, our communities have always been important to us, and that’s why we are more than just a landlord. We are a proud community anchor, which means going beyond housing to provide opportunities that enhance customers’ quality of life.
We’re also a proud member of PlaceShapers, a national network of community-focused housing associations. Like them, we believe housing is about more than bricks and mortar, and a successful tenancy is about helping people to thrive.

We invest in local activities, partnerships, and support services with the aim of bringing people together.
Our knowledge of our communities is built over the years through our interactions with customers and partners. We spend hundreds of hours listening and supporting.
Recent projects in our community cafes demonstrate how we address challenges related to loneliness and collaborate to help customers and the broader community access free and low-cost meals.
By working with partners, we can do more, help more people, and create sustainable communities where people thrive.
