For those customers who are unable to use “My Account” we have a range of alternative ways you can pay your rent as explained below.
Please note: Our Income Management Team usually works from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Although, they sometimes work until 8pm and at weekends, so you may receive a call between 8am and 8pm and from a mobile number.
Your direct debit will be set up to collect your rent on your chosen date and frequency. We set it up with your bank; it's free, easy and convenient. We'll let you know of any changes in advance, so you can stay in control of your budget. Just download and complete this direct debit mandate, or call us on 01283 528528 and we'll set this up over the phone.
You can pay through our trusted payment partner at any time using a debit or credit card. You'll need an email address and a payment reference number found on your rent card, if you are unsure of this, please contact us.
You can pay your rent over the phone using our automated payment line 24/7.
Just call 01283 528528 and select option one to make a payment.
You'll need your 19-digit payment reference number from your rent/garage payment card. If you don't have this, please call our Customer Service Team on 01283 528528.
