We know that staying warm, well fed, and connected to others can be difficult during challenging times. That's why we run a range of community spaces and activities.

From friendly cafés to mobile coffee drop ins and cooking classes. Our spaces are all designed to help ease the cost of living, bring people together and provide a safe, welcoming place for everyone.

Warm Spaces

Our warm spaces cafés are in Stapenhill and Winshill. They offer low-cost meals and a place for a friendly chat.

The items are surplus from supermarkets and local food businesses and prevent food from going to waste.

Coffee Connect

Our Coffee Connect trailer travels across neighbourhoods in our operational area to bring free drinks, snacks and friendly faces with the aim of reducing loneliness and isolation.

The trailer was funded in 2022 by a Healthy Partnership grant.

To find out when the van will next be in your area, visit our TDCommunities page.

Volunteering

Our community spaces and events only thrive because of the people who use them and those who help run them.

Help serve meals, chat with people, or support our activities.
