  • Report repairs  

  • Check your rent balance  

  • Update your details.

Report a general repair online

To report an emergency repair:

Call 01283 528 528  and choose option 1 for PH Jones (gas emergency repairs)  or option 2 for all other repairs.  

Visiting our reception

If you need to visit us in person, please call in advance to make an appointment so we can make sure the right person is available to help you. 

You cannot pay your rent in-person at our office. Please visit our rent payments page for ways to pay your rent.
