Financial pressures, housing concerns, loneliness, health issues and changes in circumstances can all have an impact on your mental wellbeing. You don't have to manage these challenges alone.

While we don’t provide clinical mental health services, we can help you access the advice, support and local services that are right for you.

How we can help

We can:

  • Listen and offer support without judgement
  • Signpost you to local mental health and wellbeing services
  • Help you access community groups and support networks
  • Refer you to appropriate voluntary and statutory organisations
  • Help you access support before problems reach crisis point.

We understand that mental wellbeing, finances and housing are often closely connected, and we'll work with you to find the right support for your situation.

Support with managing your home

Sometimes poor mental health can make it harder to manage your home or keep on top of day-to-day responsibilities.

Our Tenancy Sustainment Team can support tenants who are struggling to manage their home because of the condition of their property.

If you feel you would benefit from this support, please speak to your Housing Officer.
