We hope you have a lovely Christmas and a happy New Year!
Our offices will close from 12pm on Christmas Eve and reopen on Friday 2 January at 9am.
However, if you'd like to make a payment or report an emergency repair, please read on:
Making a payment
If you'd like to make a payment, using our 24-hour service, and know the amount you'd like to pay, please call 01283 528528 and press option 1.
You can also make payments at any Post Office, Payzone or Paypoint outlet.
Reporting an emergency repair
If you have any emergencies, including gas, during this time, please contact our Out of Hours service on 01283 528 528. This is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
Emergency repairs are required where there's an immediate danger or to minimise very serious damage to the property.
Opening times for reception are the same as the business we close at 12:30 on Xmas Eve and we are back Friday the 5th at 9am
