Her role as Finance Director at Trent & Dove is to be responsible for the integrity, accuracy and stability of the Finance and IT Services ensuring both are fit for purpose in providing a solid foundation for the organisation’s future viability and growth. Jan is also responsible for overseeing HR, Performance and Communications & Marketing.
Her passion is in ensuring this stable foundation is utilised to support the organisation in providing customer focused services supporting the local community.
