Our Customer Committee makes sure that our customers’ views are listened to and acted on. They help shape and monitor our work as we transform homes, lives and communities.

The committee reports directly to the Board, focusing on our role as a housing provider and on our community investment activity.

We value the time that committee members give and by way of thanks, payments of £2,652 are provided annually for customer members.
