Ursula joined the Executive Team in July 2015. Over a 25-year career in Housing, Ursula has worked across the sector in a wide variety of roles ranging from her first job as a trainee Housing Officer to Director of Business Development and now as Chief Executive.
During this time, she has worked with both traditional housing associations and also LSVTs which has provided her with a wealth of experience in dealing with the challenges and opportunities facing the affordable housing sector.

Martyn Hale
Martyn Hale | Operations Director
Oversees Housing Management, Customer Services, Tenancy Support and Property, which includes Asset Management, Repairs, Voids (empty homes), Health & Safety and Compliance and Communications.

Martyn is the Executive responsible for:
- Compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards
- Compliance, Health and Safety
- Safeguarding
- Domestic Abuse
Martyn has more than 36 years’ experience in housing, most recently as Director of Care and Support at Midlands-based Citizen Housing.

Jan Griffiths
Jan Griffiths | Resources Director
Oversees the financial health and performance of Trent & Dove. Includes responsibility for areas like IT, HR, and governance.

Jan qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in the Commercial Sector then began her career in Housing over 20 years ago. She has worked for several of the LSVTs in Staffordshire and Shropshire and has experience of leading and managing teams, financial and performance system implementation and maintenance, business planning and budgets, treasury and mergers.

Manages the building and creation of new homes and regeneration projects. Also oversees Programme, Innovation, Commercial Management & Sales.

Charlie has worked in the development of affordable housing since leaving University both within registered providers and consultancy firms, carrying out numerous different roles for a variety of different development projects.
