PH Jones sponsors Community Champion Award

We are proud to sponsor the Community Champion Award (Over 18s) at Trent & Dove’s Community Impact Awards this year. Whether it’s through volunteering, fundraising or supporting local causes, each of the nominees inspires us and makes a big difference in their community. Congratulations to all the finalists!

Working in collaboration

At PH Jones, partnerships with our clients are about more than service delivery – they’re about trust, shared values and a sincere commitment to our communities. That’s why our collaboration with Trent & Dove is something we are incredibly proud of.

Over the last few years, we have worked together to support residents, deliver essential heating services and create meaningful social value that goes beyond our core contract obligations. From investing in local skills to supporting community initiatives and celebrating local champions, our partnership has always been people-first.

Keeping communities safe through trusted service delivery

When heating or hot water fails, we know the impact can be immediate and stressful. That’s why our teams focus on responding quickly, communicating clearly and resolving issues efficiently - especially for vulnerable residents.

From emergency callouts to routine repairs, our engineers take the time to get things right the first time, explain whats happening in plain language, and leave every home safe, clean and comfortable. Behind the scenes, proactive maintenance and regular servicing help prevent breakdowns before they happen, reducing disruption and improving reliability.

By putting residents at the centre of our service delivery, we help social housing providers like Trent & Dove, meet their responsibilities whilst building trust, improving satisfaction and keeping homes warm all year round.

Meaningful community engagement

By engaging directly with communities, our teams have been able to listen, learn and support local priorities, while work experience placements have helped give individuals insight into the world of work and the confidence to take their next steps. Volunteering has further strengthened these connections, allowing colleagues to use their skills to support initiatives that matter locally.

These activities reflect our belief that social value should be peopleled and leave a lasting legacy, helping to create stronger communities alongside the services we deliver every day.

We look forward to celebrating with you all at the Community Impact Awards!
