Befriending Week 1 - 7 November 2023
Anyone can feel lonely, no matter what age you are.
Did you know Trent & Dove offers a befriending service to our residents? We have trained volunteers who will give you a regular call to offer a listening ear and an opportunity to share a lovely chat over the phone.
Christine Bettson, Trent & Dove Befriending and Wellbeing Officer, said:
Not everyone is able to get out of their homes as often as they would like, and having a friendly phone call to look forward to, can make a huge difference to your health and wellbeing. Our Trent & Dove Befriending Volunteers are happy to give you a call.
