We’ve been made aware of reports that an unknown individual has been visiting customers’ homes, claiming to represent Trent & Dove.

This person is wearing a Trent & Dove lanyard, but is not a member of our staff and does not have an appointment with the customer. They have also left a “Sorry We Missed You” card that does not feature official Trent & Dove branding.

Please remember that we always arrange appointments in advance. You’ll receive confirmation by text, letter, email, or phone before a visit takes place.

On rare occasions, one of our colleagues may need to make an unannounced visit.

Anyone who wishes to confirm the identity of a colleague can call our Customer Services Team on 01283 528528 to confirm, and our teams will often call ahead.
