Customers lead the way with first Strength in Voices decision

Kitchen 1
A panel of customers are already making important decisions as part of a new feedback initiative.
The new Strength in Voices panel, aimed at giving our customers a voice in the things that matter to them, has now completed its first task.
During the recruitment process, we engaged a group of customers for our first successful project. They were invited to choose the new colours for our replacement kitchens, where required, as part of our new contract.
Customers reviewed four options, and there was a lively discussion about which would work best.

We also worked with ESBC’s Housing Adaptations Technical Officer regarding adaptations and considerations for having an "Autism Friendly" option. After sharing our research and following feedback from the panel, we will incorporate this into our kitchens.
We are already actioning the panel's feedback by installing the latest kitchens in the new colours, and we will share soon!
The panel is a collection of 100+ customers who offer feedback on a variety of changes we would like to make.
We always welcome customer feedback to help improve our services. If you would like further details about Strength in Voices, please visit:
