Protecting you from harm
As we move into the Christmas and New Year period and we close our offices for the festive break, please know there is always support available if you need help in an emergency.
We put steps in place all year round to keep our customers safe and to protect them from harm, including preventing and reporting domestic abuse.
If you are in immediate danger, call 999 and ask for the police. If you’re unable to speak and are calling from a mobile, dial 999 and then press 55 to have your call routed to the police.
