Trent & Dove is one of seven social landlords to have secured government funding enabling improvements to 905 residents’ homes across the Midlands and South West.

The consortium known as Matrix Housing Partnership was awarded £12 million worth of grant funding to assist with works including cavity wall insulation, installing new windows and doors, loft insulation, and measures to improve ventilation in customers’ homes.
