Tyldesley Court: how you can apply for an apartment
We are delighted to announce that we are now accepting applications from those interested in our over 55s apartments at Tyldesley Court.
Situated in the heart of Burton, the High Street site will comprise 72 high-quality independent living apartments for over 55s.
Homes England supports the build with grant funding via our strategic partnership with Orbit Group. The development, being built by developer Morro, is set for completion this summer.
Historically, the site was home to a brewery. It later became the Bargates Shopping Centre before it was demolished in 2012. The site lay empty for 10 years until we took ownership.
Now, work on Tyldesley Court is set for completion this summer and we are delighted to start the process of allocating apartments.
The over 55s apartments will not be advertised on our Find a Home page.
