Novus Property Solutions: Supporting communities through the Community Impact Awards
At Novus Property Solutions, we believe strong communities and strong homes go hand-in-hand. That’s why we’re proud to sponsor the 2026 Trent & Dove Community Impact Awards – an event that celebrates individuals, groups, and neighbourhoods making a real difference across the areas Trent & Dove serve.
This year, we’re excited to support three categories: Best Community Project, Street/Community of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. It’s an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the everyday heroes who make their neighbourhoods better places to live.
A partnership rooted in trust and impact
Our partnership with Trent & Dove stretches back over 15 years. During that time, we’ve worked side by side to deliver high-quality planned works programmes, social value initiatives, and lasting improvements for residents.
In 2025, we were proud to continue this journey by securing two major planned works programmes, each spanning up to five years. These include:
- Externals & Communal Works Programme: roofing, windows, chimneys, wall repairs, and communal upgrades
- Internals Refurbishment Programme: kitchens, bathrooms, and essential aids and adaptations.
These contracts demonstrate not only our track record of delivering excellent results, but also our shared commitment to supporting Trent & Dove’s long-term investment in homes and communities.
In the spotlight: Short Street Café Community Allotment
One project we’re especially proud of is the Short Street Café allotment and greenhouse in Winshill. Working closely with local volunteers, we created a space to grow produce for the café and local foodbank – helping reduce food insecurity, promote healthy eating, and bring neighbours together.
Our work included ground clearance, levelling, constructing raised planting beds, and installing a large greenhouse. Projects like this show the real difference our partnership can make on the ground.
