Celebrity Jon Culshaw to host Trent & Dove’s 18th community awards

Trent & Dove is excited to announce the actor, comedian and impressionist, Jon Culshaw will host its 18th Impact on the Community Awards. The event will be its third held in partnership with Burton Albion Community Trust.

Nominations for the prestigious awards open today with individuals and organisations from across East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire invited to enter ahead of the closing date on Friday 8 December 2023.

The awards, which shine a spotlight on the people and projects that are “Transforming Homes, Lives and Communities” attracted more than 50 entries last year.

Impact on the Community Awards 2023 winners

The event will once again be held at the Pirelli Stadium in Burton on Trent on Thursday 18 April. Attendees will be entertained by celebrity host, Jon Culshaw who is regarded by many as the most versatile impressionist in the UK with a catalogue of over 350 characters and numerous tv and radio credits.

There are nine award categories covering overall community impact through to projects for young and older people, environmental, fundraising and volunteering initiatives.
